Refund policy

At Lab Life Society, every product is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and issues

We only accept returns or offer replacements if an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted. If this happens, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to the shipping carrier first for assistance. If further help is needed, you can then contact us and we’ll do our best to support you.

Returns

To start a return, you must first contact us at hello@lablifesociety.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@lablifesociety.com

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
